CPG Playbook is invite-only software for consumer packaged goods brands. It puts your brand at the center of a neighborhood: the house is the cockpit where you talk, plan, and run the work, and the street around you holds partners, people, and storefronts. A conversation becomes a playbook with tasks you can actually run. It is built by operators at U-LUV Foods, not as another tool the brand has to glue together.

CPG Playbook is for emerging CPG brand operators who currently run the company from inboxes, spreadsheets, and six tools that do not talk to each other. Service providers can open a storefront on the street. It is not a retailer buying portal, and it is not a generic notes or spreadsheet app. If you fund the ecosystem, the neighborhood is built around your house.

The house has four rooms. The cockpit is where you talk, build, and run playbooks. The street's front page is for people, events, and the live show wall. The block's board is for real founder questions, named or anonymous. The storefronts are the partners you hire, one street over. Those rooms are live in beta for invited neighbors. Public walkthroughs on this site show how they connect, with no account required.

The street is still being built. The public roadmap shows what is on the street this month, what breaks ground next on the street, and a board of ideas you can heart.
