Beta terms of use
Terms
CPG Playbook is in beta. These terms describe how you may use the service during beta. They are not a substitute for attorney-reviewed Terms of Service that will replace this notice before general release.
Decision support only
Playbook helps CPG operators plan and execute work. AI-generated playbooks, tasks, and drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for verifying outputs before any real-world business, legal, financial, or regulatory action.
Beta is free
Beta access is free. We do not charge subscription fees and do not collect payment card data during beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
Future paid plans
When paid plans are offered, payment processing will be handled by a compliant third-party processor (planned: Stripe). CPG Playbook does not store raw credit card numbers, CVV, or full payment credentials on our servers. Activating a paid plan will require separate acceptance of pricing and payment terms.
Mandatory law still applies
Accepting these terms or any signup checkbox covers contract terms between you and Playbook. It does not waive mandatory privacy, cookie, email, or payment regulations. See our Privacy notice for how we handle data during beta.
