Help with CPG Playbook
A quick guide to getting started and finding your way around.
Start with ChatCPG
Tell ChatCPG what you are working on and describe your goal. You can ask follow-up questions and refine the plan together. Review generated suggestions before using them for business decisions.
Save and return to a playbook
When ChatCPG creates a playbook, choose Save to Playbooks to return to it later. Open your saved work from the workroom to continue the conversation or review the plan.
Work through your plan
After saving a playbook, choose Convert to Game Plan to turn its steps into tasks. Open a step to review its details and continue working. Where a download is offered, use its download control to save the available output.
Work with your team
Owners can invite teammates. Guests join through an invitation and see the work shared with them. What each person can view or change depends on their access.
Explore the neighborhood
MyCPG holds your brand profile and team information. Discover brings together the neighborhood feed, media and people. Market helps you browse businesses and potential partners. Some areas include sample content or actions marked Preview. A Preview label means that experience may not yet be connected or complete.
Help and policies
CPG Playbook is in free beta. If a page does not load, check your connection and reload it. If a save or generation has an uncertain result, review your saved work before trying again. You can share feedback from the app. For privacy and other policies, visit All policies.
